Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguarding certification required.
• Certification in Swim Instructor or Lifeguard Instructor required plus two seasons as lifeguard.
• Experience in lead or supervisory capacity with lifeguards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train pool personnel and lifeguards.
• Schedule lifeguard coverage and monitor payroll and cash procedures.
• Coordinate training for swim instructors and lifeguards.
• Manage partnerships with YMCA, schools, and county departments.
• Oversee safety, equipment, and facility maintenance.
