SafeSplash Swim Schools is seeking a General Manager to lead a diverse team, manage day-to-day 4-wall operations, and grow enrollments while ensuring profitability. You will oversee aquatics programs, maintain safe environments, and deliver a world-class customer experience across the center.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience leading large teams (30+ employees).
• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, sports management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Class scheduling and staffing to meet business demands and class mix.
• Risk management and compliance with safety standards, codes, and employment law.
• Maintain facilities, cleanliness, and brand standards across the site.
• Promote a safety culture for team, students, and parents; ensure QA and brand standards.
• Leverage financial data and reporting to drive revenue and profitability.
• Labor management for optimal class mix and staffing utilization.
• Monitor expenses to balance brand standards and financial outcomes.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
