SafeSplash is seeking a General Manager to lead a 4-wall swim school, manage a diverse team, and drive enrollment while ensuring profitability. You will oversee operations, safety, and a world-class customer experience, while engaging the local community.

This role focuses on expanding aquatics programs, maintaining brand standards, and growing the brand locally and nationally with on-site leadership and collaboration with the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience leading large teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operations management: scheduling staff, class mix, and safety compliance.
• Financial: monitor revenue, labor utilization, and budget adherence.
• Employee management: hiring, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Customer experience: ensure world-class service and strong parent engagement.
• Marketing/community: local outreach, partnerships, and brand standards.
