Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit, hire, train staff; maintain staffing levels.
• Conduct training and in-service for Aquatics staff.
• Develop and monitor waterpark programming and schedules.
• Ensure lifeguards are current and supervised.
• Enforce department policies and procedures.
• Communicate with guests and internal customers.
• Coach and develop the aquatics team and manage performance.
