Job summary

Yeb Payroll Llc is seeking a General Manager to lead a four-wall swim school operation, supervise a diverse team, and drive enrollment and profitability while ensuring a safe, clean, world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, risk management, facilities upkeep, safety, and financial reporting, with a focus on community engagement and on-site leadership. Full-time hours and on-site work location.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management experience leading large teams (30+ employees).
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days.
• Lifeguard and Certified Pool Operator certifications preferred.
• Aquatics management or swim instruction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Class Scheduling and staffing to meet demands.
• Risk management and compliance with safety and employment laws.
• Facilities maintenance and brand standards (interior, exterior, pool, pump room).
• Safety culture and quality assurance for team, students, and parents.
• Budgeting, cost control, and revenue/profitability reporting.
• Labor management and optimizing staffing for class mix.
• Community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Hosted location relationships and partner compliance.
