Job summary

Saf-T-Swim is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a diverse team and run 4-wall swim school operations in Prosper, TX. You will support the General Manager, drive enrollment, and ensure profitability while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will manage staff, scheduling, compliance, and safety, while fostering a positive culture and community relations to grow the brand locally and deliver high-quality lessons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Deliver swim lessons following the Saf-T-Swim curriculum when necessary.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet business demands and class mix.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including safety standards.
