Safesplash in the United States seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a 4-wall swim school, drive enrollment, and ensure profitability. You will manage scheduling, safety, and guest experience while expanding the brand locally and nationally.

Responsibilities include labor, budget control, and community engagement. The role emphasizes a world-class customer experience and adherence to high safety standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management experience leading large teams (30+ employees).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire (training available).
• Lifeguard and Certified Pool Operator certifications preferred; aquatics management or swim instruction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: oversee 4-wall swim school operations and staffing.
• Class Scheduling: optimize scheduling and staffing to meet demand.
• Risk Management and Compliance: ensure safety health codes and employment law compliance.
• Facilities: maintain interior, exterior, pool and pump room following brand standards.
• Safety: promote a safety culture for team, students and parents.
• Reporting: use financial data to drive revenue and profitability.
• Labor Management: optimize labor utilization and class mix.
• Budget Management: monitor expenses while upholding brand standards.
• Cost Control: implement savings without compromising quality.
• Hiring & Staffing: recruit, interview and onboard new staff; plan succession.
