Six Flags New England is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Hurricane Harbor to lead safety-focused daily operations and manage seasonal staff. You will ensure SOP and regulatory compliance while coordinating budgets and training programs.

Qualifications include supervisory experience in theme parks and, ideally, Ellis & Associates ILTP credentials. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in theme park operations.
• Ellis & Associates ILTP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operational functions for safe, efficient Hurricane Harbor operation.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs and safety standards per Six Flags and regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise seasonal team members and leadership; handle hiring, discipline, rewards, and terminations.
• Maintain proper staffing and assist in recruiting as needed.
• Monitor Ellis & Associates program compliance including lifeguard certification and training.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on annual budget and business plan.
• Enforce park policies and Six Flags standards.
• Train, audit, and ensure compliance with labor laws and park policies.
• Interact with guests, resolve complaints, and address concerns.
• Coordinate training, recruiting, and winterization activities.
• Support other park areas during strategic periods and perform other duties as needed.
