Aqua Tots Swim Schools Holland is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead a fast-paced team, schedule staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to maintain a positive work environment and safe, organized facilities.

Requirements include full-time availability, 2 years of swim experience, and 2 years of leadership or management. The role offers salary based on experience, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Salary:

$45,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• 2 years swim experience
• 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly.
