Aqua Tots Swim School-Aqua Tots Holland, LLC is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will multitask, stay highly organized, and coordinate daily operations with the General Manager and Guest Service Manager, ensuring a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for families.

Position is a full-time role with 40–45 hours weekly and a rotating weekend shift. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and bonuses, plus growth opportunities and a benefits package.

Formación

• Full-time availability required.
• 40–45 hours per week with a weekend rotation (Sat/Sun).

• Minimum 2 years swim experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience.

$45,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements

• Availability to work full time


• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)


• Ability to manage and lead a team


• Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


• 2 years swim experience


• 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly.
