Aqua Tots Swim School-Holland, LLC is seeking an Aquatics Manager in Hudsonville, MI. This salaried role requires 40-45 hours per week with 4 weekdays (930 am-8 pm) and one rotating weekend day (8:30 am-3 pm). You will lead and develop a team, coordinate schedules, and ensure a safe, organized facility.

Successful candidates have 2 years of swim experience and 2 years of management or leadership experience. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Salary:

$45,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• 2 years swim experience
• 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly.
