Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is seeking an energetic Aquatics Manager to lead a busy team in Troy, MI. This salaried leadership role requires strong multitasking, organization, and the ability to manage and support staff while coordinating with the General Manager and Guest Service Manager.

The position is full-time (40–45 hours weekly) with evenings and one weekend day required, and starting pay around $50,000+ per year based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.

Salary: $50,000+ per year, based on experience

Schedule Requirements:

This position requires 40-45 hours per week, including 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Weekday schedules will include a combination of earlier and later shifts within our operating hours, with availability to work until close on select weekdays required. The weekend shift is 8:30am-3pm, with Saturday and Sunday rotating weekly.
