Aqua Tots Swim Schools Holland is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead the team in a fast-paced environment and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across scheduling, training, and operations.

The position is full-time with a 40-45 hour week, rotating weekend shifts, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Salary starts around $45,000+ per year and grows with experience.

• Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly.
