Aqua Tots Swim School - Aqua Tots Farmington Hills, LLC in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Aquatics Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a swim staff, and ensure a safe, fun environment for families.

This role requires 2 years swim experience and 2 years in a leadership capacity, full-time availability, and weekend rotation. Expect hourly pay starting at $17.50+, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Salary: $17.50+ per hour. Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside management team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• 2 years swim experience
• 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 30-40 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm that rotates weekly.
