Salary starts at $45,000+ per year based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The schedule includes four weekdays plus one weekend day and rotating weekend shifts.

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• 2 years swim experience
• 2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly.
