Job summary

ADP is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Aquatic Center, serving as the first point of contact for patrons in person and by phone. You will provide exceptional care and support to all individuals affiliated with the center.

Shifts are evenings: Mon-Wed 4:00 PM–7:15 PM and Thu 4:00–6:45 PM. Duties include greeting visitors, handling payments, answering calls, listening to needs, completing closing procedures, following safety policies, and performing other duties as assigned by the

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
• Utilize aquatics software, collect payments for programming, and follow procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, gather pertinent information, and transfer messages as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Complete closing procedures and end-of-shift duties.
• Adhere to agency safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Pool Supervisor.
