Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Franklin, TN seeks an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the Head Swim Team Coach. You’ll help swimmers improve, write and head group workouts, and keep the aquatics area clean and safe for all members.

The role requires 1 year of swim coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming membership, Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certifications, and the ability to move around the club while assisting guests with Life Time products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year swim coaching experience.
• Member of ASCA.
• Member of USA Swimming.
• Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs.
