Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help our team improve technique in our state-of-the-art pools, indoors and outdoors. You will assist the Head Swim Team Coach in writing and leading group workouts and helping register new participants, while keeping facilities clean and organized.

The role involves coaching daily practices, promoting Life Time products and services, and ensuring high standards of safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of swim coaching experience
• ASCA member
• USA Swimming member
• Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification
• Must be able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services
• Able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Able to bend to lift 20 lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs
