Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Naperville is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help swimmers improve technique across indoor and outdoor facilities. You will assist the Head Swim Team Coach in designing and leading workouts and registering new participants.

You will also help maintain the aquatics area, ensure safety, and promote Life Time products and services. The role requires high school diploma and 1 year coaching experience with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching competitive swimmers and leading group workouts.
• ASCA and USA Swimming memberships are preferred.
• Must complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Offer techniques to improve swimmer performance and assist head coach.
• Lead daily practices under head coach direction.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
