Job summary

Life Time in Naperville, IL is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to join our fast-paced aquatic program. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to develop and lead group workouts, help register new participants, and maintain clean, safe facilities across indoor and outdoor pools.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of swim coaching experience, and current Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications. ASCA and USA Swimming memberships are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• Member of ASCA and USA Swimming.
• Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Must pass Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coach and improve swimmers' technique under head coach.
• Lead daily practices for Swim Team as directed by head coach.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
