Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the Head Swim Team Coach in creating engaging workouts for recreational and lap-swim participants at Life Time facilities.

You will register new participants, supervise practice sessions, and maintain clean, safe Aquatics areas while promoting Life Time products and programs. The role combines coaching with customer service in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year swim coaching experience required.
• Member of ASCA and USA Swimming.
• Pass Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Offer competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
