Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour. Expected hours per week are 20–25, with a season from May 1, 2027 to Sep 30, 2027. First Aid/CPR training must be completed within 30 days of start.

The City of Miamisburg is accepting applications for the seasonal position of Aquatic Team Member (Pool Attendant) for the Parks and Recreation Department Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center.

Pool Attendants report to the Deck Crew Leader and the Aquatic Center Management team. This position plays an integral role in the fulfillment of Miamisburg Parks and Recreation’s mission and vision. The Pool Attendant is responsible for daily operational duties.

Responsibilities include working attractions, assisting patrons, rule enforcement, cleaning, and other duties as assigned at the Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center. All Aquatic Team Members strive to be the best source of information and assist patrons in understanding aquatic offerings and operations.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $12.00 to $16.00 per hour DOQ

The Aquatic Team Members will be thoroughly committed to Miamisburg Parks and Recreation mission. All candidates should have a desire to learn and uphold Aquatic Center Policy. The Aquatic Team Members should be comfortable talking to patrons and working as a team. Aquatic Team Members must be able to conduct themselves in a respectful and positive manner to promote the highest quality customer experience possible. This position requires the completion of First Aid/CPR training within 30 days of the start of employment.
