Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years aquatic operations experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of pool water chemistry, testing, and chemical handling.
• Licenses/certifications: Lifeguard Instructor, Lifeguard License, CPR/First Aid Teaching Certificate, CPO or Aquatic Facility Operator, Indiana Public Passengers Chauffeurs License.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage aquatic programs and youth/family activities.
• Supervise on-deck staff, lifeguards, and safety procedures.
• Oversee training and professional development of aquatic personnel.
• Ensure water quality, facility safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage revenue collection, deposits, and financial record keeping.
• Coordinate policy adherence and staff scheduling across the location.
