The South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking an APS Team Coordinator in Spartanburg County to oversee program operations, guide staff across counties, and ensure compliant service delivery for vulnerable adults.

You will monitor performance, analyze trends, coordinate training, and support the Regional Director in implementing practice improvements, while participating in on-call rotations and emergency response when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional experience in social services or related field.
• APS experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee APS program operations across counties; monitor performance and improve service delivery.
• Provide guidance on complex cases; supervise staff and participate in on-call rotation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support practice improvement strategies.
• Coordinate training and cross-agency coordination for APS staff and partners.
• Stay current with best practices for vulnerable adults and apply improvements.
• Support emergency response operations and review client emergency plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
