Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking an APS Team Coordinator to oversee program operations across assigned counties. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and identify trends to improve outcomes for vulnerable adults, while guiding complex cases and coordinating training for staff and partners.

You will support the Regional Director in implementing practice improvement strategies, ensure compliance, and participate in emergency response operations when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional experience in social services programs, correctional, education, business administration, general administrative management, or relevant program experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations as APS Team Coordinator and support staff across counties.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, identify trends to improve service delivery.
• Provide guidance on complex cases and coordinate training and stakeholder engagement.
• Support Regional Director in practice improvement strategies and ensure compliance.
• Assist with emergency operations and on-call rotations as needed.
