Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Lead Consultant and SME to drive APS IT strategy and solution design, focusing on applications and integrations across Sales & Operations Planning. You will partner with business stakeholders, lead governance, and ensure end-to-end delivery of IT solutions that maximize value within the APS portfolio.

You will interact with corporate IT, manufacturing, and functional teams, set governance for top projects, and guide IT activities globally while championing inclusion

• 10 years across Supply Planning, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing with integrated digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant and SME on APS business processes and integrations.
• Maintain relationships with business colleagues through clear communication.
• Act as IT point of contact for APS IT needs.
• Ensure delivery of services with project owners to maximize value.
• Prioritize business demand through thorough analyses.
• Understand new requirements quickly and propose solutions.
• Lead solution design activities and document business requirements.
• Oversee enhancements and projects, ensuring clear requirements and schedules.
• Assemble the right IT experts for end-to-end solutions (apps, security, projects).
• Interact with LYB corporate IT, APS, manufacturing and functional stakeholders.
• Set up APS governance for top IT/Process projects.
• Maintain broad technology breadth to define global IT solutions.
