Job summary

Ampere seeks a seasoned supply chain leader to design and execute an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) infrastructure that scales across multiple affiliates. You will drive S&OP/S&OE capabilities, analyze system performance, and implement new planning modules while aligning with factory- and process-level goals.

You will partner with IT and business teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and KPI-driven decisions, balancing speed with governance in a high-velocity semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related field.
• Experience with APS – vision and architectural leadership for factory loading and outputs.
• Experience in semiconductor supply chains—PCBAs, SOCs, multi-die packages, test flows, yields.

Responsibilities

• Lead APS infrastructure design to support S&OP / S&OE across affiliates.
• Analyze system capabilities, drive improvements, and implement planning modules.
• Bridge technical capabilities and business processes for planning processes.
• Collaborate with IT to design dashboards and reporting for Factory Planning within APS tools.
