Job summary

Ampere is seeking a supply chain leader to architect and implement an advanced planning and scheduling infrastructure to support S&OP, S&OE, and cross-affiliate collaboration. You will shape the planning architecture, lead multi-site optimization, and ensure alignment with manufacturing and product planning goals.

Responsibilities include designing and leading APS projects with Kinaxis RapidResponse, Maestro, and Blue Yonder, plus creating dashboards and decision-support tools to guide capacity

Qualifications

• MBA or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• 12+ years in Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related work experience
• Experience with Factory Scheduling/Master Scheduling and multiple APS tools across geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead design of APS infrastructure to support S&OP/S&OE across affiliates
• Analyze and improve system capabilities; drive new planning modules and scorecards
• Bridge technical capabilities with business processes for effective decision making
• Create infrastructure for cross-affiliate collaboration while respecting legal entity boundaries
• Collaborate with IT to design processes and reporting for Factory Planning in APS tools (Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro)
