Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation in the Atlanta, GA area is seeking an Advanced Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of APS software across multiple manufacturing facilities.

You will own APS master data such as BOMs, routings, machines, work centers, calendars, and capacity parameters, and partner with Operations, Planning, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and Plant Leadership to ensure system accuracy, standardization, and successful APS

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP/APS and related business systems.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and communication tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead APS software implementation across all sites and optimize deployment.
• Serve as SME for APS functionality, processes, and master data workflows.
• Review APS outputs against routing and times to drive efficiency.
• Coordinate between plant personnel, IT resources, and software vendors.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and onboarding programs for APS users.
• Ensure data integrity and governance of APS master data across plants.
