Surface Experts - Chicago North is seeking a hands-on technician to perform creative repairs across multiple worksites. You’ll apply color matching skills and deliver responsive service to tenants and property managers while working with a small, close-knit team.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $21 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Clear track to Surface Repair Technician with pay raise following training completion

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
