Surface Experts of Northern Colorado is hiring a Surface Experts Technician. You will perform repairs with creativity, use a personal toolkit, and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and property managers.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, color-matching skills, and safe operation of tools. A valid driver’s license is required, and you’ll have a structured path for advancement within a supportive, locally owned business.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors; color matching is a large part of the job.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.

• Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have valid driver’s license
