Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Surface Repair Technician to restore damaged surfaces in apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and residential properties. You will use creativity and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality repairs, typically completed in under two hours, while maintaining strong customer communication and professional service at every site.

We offer a competitive base pay with bonuses from Day 1, a company car, paid time off, and ongoing training.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4+ repairs per day at customer locations.
• Repair various hard surfaces such as cabinets, countertops, floors, appliances, furniture, and more.
• Deliver high-quality repairs typically under two hours per job.
• Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, property managers, and site personnel.
• Follow our proprietary repair process and continuously improve color-matching skills.

What You'll Do

Complete Repairs in the Field

• Perform 4 or more repairs per day at customer locations
• Repair a variety of hard surfaces, including cabinets, countertops, floors, appliances, furniture, and more
• Deliver high-quality repairs that typically take less than two hours to complete
• Use creativity and problem-solving to develop repair solutions for each unique situation

Provide Excellent Customer Service

• Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, property managers, and site personnel
• Keep accurate job notes and updates in company software
• Represent the company with a positive, service-focused attitude

Follow Our Proven Process

• Learn and master our proprietary repair system
• Develop expertise with specialized tools and materials
• Continuously improve your repair and color-matching skills
