Job summary

ShopRite of Milford is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to oversee all duties of the Appy/Deli Department. You will lead the team, ensure food safety, training, scheduling, and excellent customer service to meet department goals.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with Store Manager and other departments to optimize sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 60 lbs as needed.
• Ability to use basic computer functions and store software.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
• Ability to lead and motivate associates to meet dept goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Appy/Deli dept functions and staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain training, performance feedback, and scheduling.
• Support department goals for sales, profit and customer experience.
• Coordinate with store management and other departments.
