Job summary

ShopRite of Delran in New Jersey is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to direct the Appy/Deli Department and its Associates, focusing on sales, customer experience, and department engagement under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards, train and onboard staff, and uphold company service priorities of Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work with various products in differing temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Appy/Deli Department and Associates to achieve goals.
• Lead Associates to provide excellent customer service and engagement.
• Ensure safety, food handling, and department cleanliness standards.
