Job summary

Interlocal Association is seeking a Business Services Representative for Apprenticeships & Work-Based Learning to market, develop, manage, and track apprenticeships across Region 5. The role acts as the expert for apprenticeship creation and collaborates with employers and service providers to expand programs.

You will work with WorkOne offices across multiple counties, handle data in state and federal databases, and help guide employers through pathway development while meeting enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least one year of related professional work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a role requiring independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the knowledge expert for apprenticeship creation.
• Outreach to businesses to increase usage of Registered Apprenticeship and available slots.
• Collaborate with the Business Services team to plan and manage outreach activities.
