Job summary

DPR Construction in Florida is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to support planning, coordination, administration of craft training, apprenticeship classes, and workforce initiatives across the region. This role partners with instructors, workforce development teams, and craft employees to deliver programs efficiently and effectively.

The coordinator manages schedules, registrations, records, reports, logistics, and program administration while helping create a positive learning

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, workforce development, education administration, human resources, operations support, or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, apprenticeship, workforce development, or safety training programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, workforce development initiatives, and apprenticeship-related activities across the region.
• Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, logistics, and resources to ensure successful program execution.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, compliance documentation, and participant data within learning management and workforce development systems.
• Track training participation, completion requirements, and workforce development metrics; generate reports and support audit and compliance activities as needed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, apprentices, instructors, and field leaders regarding training programs, schedules, and requirements.
