Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Training Coordinator to support apprenticeship and employee training programs. You will schedule sessions, manage enrollments, track hours, wage scales, and progress, while maintaining compliant records and supporting audits.

The role offers exposure to a range of training projects across multiple sites in MN and IL. You will collaborate with trainers, HR, and project teams, develop materials, and help ensure timely completion of training requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience considered.
• Experience in training coordination, training administration, or similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Occasional evenings/weekends and travel to Eagan, MN; Oglesby, IL locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprenticeship program administration including registration, hours, wages, and updates.
• Schedule training sessions, enrollments, attendance, and materials; coordinate trainers.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for audits/grants.
• Support NCCER audits; maintain evaluation documentation and collect feedback.
• Assist in developing training materials and calendars; collaborate with internal teams.
