Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to build and manage the apprenticeship training schedule across trades and locations. You will coordinate inputs from instructors, locations, and projects to maintain a reliable schedule and support a block-scheduling model.

You will serve as the primary contact for schedule questions, communicate upcoming training dates and deadlines, and help with registration, prerequisites, and related administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience coordinating complex schedules or training operations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams, locations, or stakeholder groups.
• Experience with meetings, classes, or multi-site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and communicate the apprenticeship training schedule across trades and locations.
• Coordinate inputs to align curriculum, instructor availability and project needs.
• Update schedule and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate for resolution.
• Assist with training logistics and instructor-led sessions.
