Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment of apprenticeship students with communication to students and trade organizations.
• Register students and track data, including courses and grades for timely employer reports.
• Maintain documentation and invoices, collaborate with Registrar and Business Office for records.
• Input all employer partnership data into Banner and ensure compliance with FERPA and regulatory requirements.
• Provide academic advising for apprentices, aligning company curricula with students' majors and schedules.
• Support program growth by assisting the Apprenticeship Development Manager in program activities.
• Organize supplies and maintain partner program documents.
