Job summary

Lithia Motors is hiring at Land Rover Troy for Apprentice Technicians to start a rewarding automotive service career. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, exposure to high-end vehicles, and a path to ASE certs as you grow with Lithia & Driveway’s national network.

You’ll perform basic maintenance like oil changes, inspect tire/brakes, and communicate needed repairs to the service advisor while supporting the service team. A strong work ethic and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires and brakes.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• Assist with other duties within the Service Department.
