Lithia & Driveway is hiring Experienced Service Technicians for Land Rover Troy in Michigan. The role requires ASE/state certifications, 3+ years for B level or 5+ years for C level, and strong diagnostic/repair capabilities across engine, electrical systems, brakes, suspension and drivability.

Qualifications

• Class B level technicians with 3+ years of experience
• Class C technicians with 5+ years of experience
• Up-to-date ASE and state certifications
• Diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems and tools
• Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools
