Warby Parker is seeking an Apprentice Optician to join our in-house optical team. You will learn from licensed or certified opticians, gaining hands-on experience in measuring, fitting, and validating eyewear while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
• Learn how to check that finished eyewear meets our optical standards and customer requirements.
• Develop the ability to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Help customers choose the best frames and lenses based on prescription needs, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the team to form best practices for sales and customer service.
