Chipotle Mexican Grill is expanding and seeking Apprentices ready to grow into General Managers. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations, learn to manage schedules, P&L, and recruiting while delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

You’ll train with Chipotle’s tools, lead a team, and focus on hospitality, teamwork, and developing talent. A strong work ethic and willingness to grow into a GM role are essential.

Qualifications

• Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership as the on-duty manager and ensure speed of service.
• Develop crew through training and Chipotle’s resources.
• Prioritize accurate digital orders and timely delivery.
• Learn day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling and recruiting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Learn to run the day-to-day operational business of your restaurant (scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting)
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
