Boiling Point Group in San Jose, CA is hiring a Food Preparer to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves assembling ingredients, food preparation, and ensuring BP standards are met across items for service and shipping orders.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and good customer service in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• WLEXIBLE schedules and willingness to adapt to shift times.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsabilités

• Must follow proper placement of food items into pots per BP specifications.
• Chop all food items as needed for the day.
• Prepare ingredients required for daily service.
• Wash and cut vegetables with a knife.
• General housekeeping of work stations and sanitation.
• Cook food items as needed for the preparation process.
• Cut meat varieties and sizes as required.
• Follow recipes to make sauces.
• Prepare add-on items including vacuum sealing orders for shipment.
• Quality control to ensure BP standards are met.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Be knowledgeable of safety codes per BP guidelines.
• Comply with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct.
