Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience in a commercial property setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance under close supervision.
• Perform custodial duties, grounds, maintenance, and minor maintenance and repair work.
• Perform general labor as assigned by engineers, including loading/unloading and running errands for projects.
• Replace and repair door hardware, locks, and keys.
• Interior and exterior painting; match paint type and surface prep for wood, metal, drywall.
• Replace light bulbs/lamps/ballasts and clean fixtures.
• Move furniture and set up modular systems.
• Vacancy clean up and organization.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Inspect landscaping, sidewalks, and parking facilities; assist with snow removal/leaf sweeping as needed.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety practices; use building automation systems.
• Complete required C&W Safety Training; follow uniform dress code.
