Job summary

Surface Experts in Bellevue, WA is seeking a hands-on Surface Technician to perform repairs on floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets and more with creativity and precision. You will follow a 5-step repair process, use your own tool-kit, and document progress in our dispatch tool while delivering world-class customer service to tenants and property managers.

Qualifications

• Experience performing hands-on work in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors accurately.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check.

We Offer

• Pay range of $23 to $27 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have drivers license
• Pass background check
