Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Surface Repair Technician in the Queen Creek area to deliver high-quality repairs for floors, countertops, bathtubs, and cabinetry. You will follow a defined five-step repair process and use your personal toolkit to complete tasks efficiently, while providing excellent service to tenants and property managers.

You will join a team that emphasizes growth, paid training, and a straightforward schedule with no weekends or late shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors.

We Offer

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
