Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels ... Almost Everything!

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related fields.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors accurately.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer

• Pay range of $19 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on production
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
• Company vehicle for daily route

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process
