Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Technician to repair various surface damages with a hands-on approach. You will engage in repairs typically completed in under an hour, ensuring high-quality outcomes for tenants and property managers in a fast-paced setting.

Enjoy a role with no weekends or late nights, a base pay with performance bonuses, and a clear growth path through our four-week Surface Repair Technician track. Training and benefits accompany a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a personal hobby.
• Ability to identify, compare, and reproduce colors.
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Pass a background check.

• Provide world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Must have a driver's license
• Pass background check

Hiring Process
