Bokeh Creatives is a fully remote portrait studio in the United States seeking an Appointment Setter to convert warm leads into booked sessions. This role emphasizes phone-based conversations, overcoming hesitations, and securing real calendar dates on the first call.

Expect a high-volume schedule with 95+ outbound calls daily and a mix of inbound calls. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in phone sales or appointment setting, own equipment, a quiet workspace, and CRM familiarity.

Appointment Setter Remote Phone Sales (Warm Leads)

ABOUT BOKEH CREATIVES

We're a professional portrait studio in Roseville, California. We photograph families and their fur babies, and we're good at it. The pictures end up on people's walls for the next thirty years.

THE ROLE

You call people who have already raised their hand and said they're interested, and you book them into a session. Every lead is warm. There is no cold calling here, and there are no lists you bought.

The close is the appointment. You get them excited, you handle the hesitation, and you get a real date on the calendar before you hang up on the first call. If you've ever set appointments for a living and been measured on it, you already know this job.

This is a high-volume phone seat, and we'll be specific about what that means: our bookers make between 95 and 160 outbound calls a day. You'll spend your day in calling blocks, dialing back-to-back, with a handful of inbound calls mixed in. If dialing all day drains you, this will not be a fit. If you get into a rhythm and the hours disappear, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY SELLING

A feeling. Somebody's dog is nine years old and they've never had a real picture of the two of them. Your job is to have a genuine conversation about that and then put it on the calendar. You are not pitching a product spec. You are not collecting a debt. You're talking to people about what they love most.

WHO DOES WELL HERE

• You spent your day on the phone before inside sales, telemarketing, a call center, appointment setting, a dialer.
• You closed something that cost real money in one sitting: timeshare, solar, auto, home improvement, coaching, high-ticket anything. Industry doesn't matter at all to us.
• You worked from home before and gotten your numbers without anyone standing behind you.
• You can name your own numbers. Close rate, appointments per day, rank on the board if you know yours, tell us.
• You actually like animals and kids. Our clients can hear it.

HOURS AND PAY

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific. (optional hours of 10am-7pm pacific)

We offer a generous base plus commission.

Fully remote, anywhere in the US. We genuinely don't care where you live.

WHAT "GOOD" LOOKS LIKE HERE

Four bookings a day with 95+ calls a day. We care about the quality of your connected calls, not how many dials it took you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU

Most people take 30 days to hit full stride here. Some of our strongest bookers were slow out of the gate and then took off. We'd rather hire someone who stays two years than someone who's hot for six weeks.
